The Chapar Firm is proud to announce that Attorney Salomon Hazday, Jr. has become counsel to the firm.
Attorney Hazday is an accomplished business attorney with over 20 years’ work experience. He focuses on complex transactions involving technology and intellectual property, including software license agreements, software implementation agreements, and cloud computing arrangements.
Since 1999, when he first started working on technology transactions, Sal has advised a broad array of sellers and buyers of technology, assisting his clients through every phase of the deal, from developing objectives and strategies through negotiations and closing. Sal also has substantial experience in general commercial transactions such as corporate organizations, shareholder agreements and operating agreements, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and mergers and acquisitions.
He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, has had broad involvement in the international business arena, and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Georgia Bar.
Mr. Hazday holds an Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from Florida International University and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
